Accepted Payments
We accept debit cards and all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. We also offer financing through our third-party Synchrony bank. Please come to the store if you wish to pay by cash or check.
Price Guarantee
In the unlikely event that within 30 days from date of purchase, a customer finds the identical item advertised, displayed, in stock for less by a local competitor in our trading area with the same delivery, finance, and service terms as CCH Outdoor Furniture we will gladly refund the difference. Floor samples, bonus offers, clearance items, going out of business sales, or free offers are not included in this price guarantee. We do not match online pricing.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges: All outdoor furniture eligible for return or exchange must be in new condition as received (subject to driver inspection) and made within 7 days, subject to 40% restocking fee and forfeit of any delivery charge. All exchanged merchandise must be of an equal or greater value, subject to delivery charge. No refunds will be issued for a lesser value. Used Barbecue’s and outdoor kitchens are not returnable.
Special Order Merchandise Returns & Cancellations
Special orders are orders containing merchandise that is not held in regular stock and is ordered at the specific request of the customer. As such, special orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged under any circumstances once CCH Outdoor Furniture has placed the order with the manufacturer. The customer is required to pay in advance the full balance for any special orders and delivery unless they intend to arrange for pick-up or delivery of the merchandise themselves. At which time they have 72 hours to do so without incurring storage fees.
Stock Merchandise Cancellations
Stock merchandise orders may be cancelled up to 3 days before delivery or pick-up for a full refund.
Accessories, and Area Rugs Returns & Exchanges
May be returned within 48 hours for different items or a full refund. After 48 hours these items may not be returned or exchanged.
As-Is
This merchandise is sold "As Is" and not subject to cancellation, return, service, exchange or refund. This merchandise must be picked up within 48 hours and all sales are final.
Delays
Approximate delivery dates are based on standard manufacturer lead times and are subject to change. CCH Outdoor Furniture cannot be held responsible for delays in transportation, fabric shortages, production, or other acts that may result in a delay of a Customer’s order. Failure to deliver your merchandise by the estimated delivery date will not give the Customer the right to cancel the order without the express written consent of CCH Outdoor Furniture.
Refunds
Purchases paid by check will be refunded by check made payable to Customer and issued 14 business days from cancellation or return of merchandise and mailed to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order or may be picked up by Customer at CCH Outdoor Furniture. Purchases paid by credit, debit card, third party financing, or gift certificate will be credited in the same form as payment was made within 5 business days of cancellation or return of merchandise. Purchases paid by cash will be refunded by check within 5 business days of cancellation or return of merchandise. CCH Outdoor Furniture reserves the right to request such documentation as deemed necessary by CCH Outdoor Furniture to verify the identify of persons requesting a return, exchange or refund.
